Manuscripts and confidential material

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, participant-identifiable information or highly sensitive unpublished data through the public chat. Manuscripts and supporting files should be transferred only through the method agreed for the project. Access should be limited to personnel and service providers who need the material to perform the requested work.

Chat and browser storage

The local support assistant uses a structured FAQ knowledge base and may store a session identifier in your browser so a conversation can continue. A visitor can request human assistance, after which an authorised administrator may review and respond to the conversation.
